BelAire on the Bay is the newest project on Miami Beach. The building will be ideally located the north side of Miami Beach right on Biscayne Bay with gorgeous water views overlooking the city of Miami. This project is being built by the developer of the beautiful recently completed BelAire on the ocean at 65 Street and Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, and it is being marketed as its sister building.

The project will have 4 distinctive floor plans with only 6 units per floor. Three units on the south side and three reversed mirror image of the same units on the north side of the building. Four penthouses will be offered with floor plans yet to be released. Two penthouses will be approximately 2000 sf, and the other two will be approximately 1600 sf. All penthouses will offer a private rooftop terrace with Jacuzzi. A boat slip is also included with each penthouse.

The project will also feature a marina with approximately 16 boat slips, which will be available to residents to purchase. Slips may be reserved at the same time a unit is reserved. Each slip will cost approximately $100K, and the average slip will be 12-13 ft. wide and 45 ft. long, but the developer has promised to attempt to accommodate the size of specific vessels upon request.

This project is currently at a very early reservation stage, with exact prices and maintenance fees not yet established. Units will be released in stages on a first come first served basis.
