Metropolitan Miami is a massive mixed-use development spanning six acres in the heart of Downtown Miami. This $600 million project includes 1,500 residences in three towers -Met 1, Met 2 and Met 3-, a four story 120,000 square feet retail and entertainment complex called Met Square, and a 500,000 square feet office building. Metropolitan Miami offers an opportunity to live, work and play in a brand new, completely dynamic urban neighborhood that features pedestrian-friendly open piazzas, tree-lined walkways, loggias and signature water views.

Metropolitan Miami’s three residential towers will be classic modern buildings with a simple palette. Blue-green glass windows and railings, accented with silver metal and stone finishes, will give the buildings a cool feel and reflect their proximity to Biscayne Bay. The first phase of the project consists of the Met 1 tower and the Met Square complex. The curved, L-shaped 40-story Met 1 tower will feature magnificent, unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay and the City of Miami. Met 1 will be comprised of 447 diverse luxury condominiums that include classic floor plans, lofts with 20-foot ceilings and penthouses.

Met Square will be the first complex of its kind in downtown Miami. Its interactive design will bring the vibrant atmosphere of New York's Times Square to downtown Miami. It will feature art galleries, restaurants, entertainment venues and national retailers on the first, second and third floors. The fourth floor will house a 12-screen movie theater featuring stadium seating, advance ticketing and a café. The theater will feature art, independent and foreign films to complement the mainstream releases. Met Square will be the place to shop, eat, enjoy and gather with family and friends.
