Metropolitan Miami is a massive mixed-use development spanning six acres in the heart of Downtown Miami. This $600 million project includes 1,500 residences in three towers -Met 1, Met 2 and Met 3-, a four story 120,000 square feet retail and entertainment complex called Met Square, and a 500,000 square feet office building. Metropolitan Miami offers an opportunity to live, work and play in a brand new, completely dynamic urban neighborhood that features pedestrian-friendly open piazzas, tree-lined walkways, loggias and signature water views.

The second phase of the project consists of the Met 3 tower. Standing 74 stories over downtown Miami, Met 3 will be the tallest residential tower south of Manhattan.
