OceanSide Pompano Beach will be a magnificent resort destination combining ultra-luxury condos with a first-class condo hotel, overlooking the Atlantic and the Intracoastal. It will redefine the area's oceanfront and landscape while introducing a new level of luxury and lifestyle to the community.

Ideally located between Boca Raton and Ft. OceanSide is being built by developer WCI Communities Inc., the recipient of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and Builder magazine's 2004 America's Best Builder's Award. The project will built in three phases with an impressive 900 feet of ocean frontage. The first phase of the project, slated for the shopping center site west of AlA, will be a 17-story residential tower.

The second phase of the project will be a hotel-condominium consisting of between 300 and 350 hotel-condo units and 77 traditional condominiums. There will be a 10,000-square-foot spa, restaurants, a garage and public parking at this site, and residents will have full access to the services offered by the hotel. WCI is currently in negotiations with a "five-star-type" hotel management company. Phase three details for Oceanside have not been determined but will most likely be more hotel-condominium units.
